Auction Date: Saturday, May 10, 2008For safety reasons - no children or pets.
Checkout:
Immediately after the auction until 5 p.m. All vehicles, trucks, heavy equipment must be removed from the Purchasing Department by 4 p.m., Wednesday, May 14th by 4 p.m.
Terms:
Cash, cashier's checks. All personal and company checks must be made out to the Wayne Evans Auction Co., Inc. and will only be accepted with a current bank letter of guarantee (see sample below). Neither the auctioneer nor any staff member will have the authority to approve any check without this letter. Wire transfers will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, please
bring a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate.
Titles:
Titles will be put in the name of the registered bidder. They
will be mailed by certified mail.
Notice:
Cobb County Government reserves the right to add or remove any vehicle or piece of equipment from the sale, whether listed or pictured here. WEA offers no guarantees for these items. Everything will be sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties, either expressed or implied. All announcements made on auction day supercede any printed material.
Sample Bank Letter of Guarantee:

This guarantee is good for any amount up to ($ amount) and is good for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of the sale being held on May 10, 2008
