Current Invitations for Bid (ITB) and Requests for Proposal (RFP)

All ITB's and RFP's are due in the Purchasing Department, 1st Floor, 1772 County Services Parkway before 12:00 (noon) Eastern Standard Time on the date specified in the bid or proposal document.

Interested Bidders may click on the underlined Bid Number of the ITB/RFP to view the advertisement and specifications of the solicitation. Most solicitations may be viewed in PDF format only. ADOBE ACROBAT must be installed on the computer being used to view bid documents (click here to install).

The Purchasing Department will send addenda to all known plan holders. Contact the Purchasing Department to be placed on the plan holders' list to ensure receipt of all applicable addenda. It is the ultimate responsibility of the bidder/proposer to ensure that they have all applicable addenda prior to bid/proposal submission.

If an addendum is subsequently issued for a solicitation, double click with the left mouse button on the word "addendum" under the bid number to view the addendum in PDF format only.

Indicate in your request the ITB or RFP number and complete mailing information for our records, i.e. address, phone, fax, contact name. In some instances ITB's/RFP's must be obtained directly from the Architect or Engineer.
